Paulette Pera Laurenzi is the Founder and President of Spring Lake Toys Foundation.
Prior to starting Spring Lake Toys Foundation, Ms. Laurenzi was a commercial banking executive in the New York Metropolitan area for over two decades. She worked with companies of all sizes and from all industries in her 21-year tenure. She was named one of New Jersey’s “40 under 40” at the age of 35, and later was recognized by Executive Women of New Jersey in their “Salute to the Policy Makers” for professional achievements and senior leadership.
After having her son Matthew seven years ago, Ms. Laurenzi founded Spring Lake Toys. What began as a simple retail toy business quickly transformed into a mission focused on raising an awareness of childhood health issues. With the formation of Spring Lake Toys Foundation in May 2016, Ms. Laurenzi has created a nonprofit to support and assist children of all ages battling serious illnesses.
Ms. Laurenzi currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Valley Home Care and on the Board of Managers for Cancer Care. She has chaired the Cancer Care Gala in Connecticut, the Women’s Fund Gala in New Jersey and is now chairing the first Spring Lake Toys Foundation Gala. She received an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA from Lafayette College. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, John and their son, Matthew.
